At the heart of this initiative lies a ten-day training program designed to enrich the capacities of both board members and staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive the movement forward effectively. Recognizing the pivotal role of second-line leadership, a specialized capacity development training program has been tailored specifically for the Feminist Dabali, amplifying their impact and influence within the movement.

 

In tandem with capacity building efforts, the organization is also keenly focused on modernizing its digital presence. A website revamp is already underway, aimed at enhancing user experience and accessibility. Furthermore, efforts are underway to expand the organization's online footprint through platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, harnessing the power of social media to amplify their message and engage with a wider audience. This holistic approach not only encompasses strategic planning and training but also emphasizes the importance of leveraging modern communication tools to effectively advocate for feminist ideals and principles.
